Privacy notice

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from any other domain — so reading these pages does not build a profile of you. Personal data can enter in three places only: an enquiry form, which is not yet connected to a receiving service and is marked as such on every page that carries one; email written to sales@skweit.cn, the manufacturer's mailbox; and the company sales line on +86 180 2176 0467, which also answers on WhatsApp — the last two published in the footer of every page. This notice describes what is settled, and names the two points that are not yet fixed rather than supplying a plausible number for them.

No cookies No analytics or tracking Enquiry forms: not yet connected
Who this covers

Who operates the site, and who makes the product

Two companies are involved, and it is worth separating them because only one of them is the manufacturer.

Roles behind www.skweit.cn
RoleEntity
Site operator and seller Zishen International Trade (Xuzhou) Co.,Ltd.
紫深国际贸易(徐州)有限公司
Manufacturer, certificate holder and trademark owner Suzhou Purple Core Instant Purification Technology Co.,Ltd.
苏州紫芯瞬净科技有限公司

The site is operated under a licence to use the SKWEIT® trademark, which is owned by the manufacturer. Enquiries that arrive through this site are handled by the operator and passed to the manufacturer to the extent needed to answer them — which is the only reason anything you send is shared with anyone at all.

In practice

What this site collects today

The table below is the current state of the site as built, not a general policy statement. It is short because the site is short: there is no content management system, no comment field, no newsletter, no account system and no embedded player.

Data categories and current status
CategoryStatus on this site
Cookies and local storage None set. The site writes nothing to your browser.
Analytics, heatmaps, session recording None. No measurement script of any kind is installed.
Advertising, pixels and retargeting None. No advertising tag is present.
Third-party embeds None. No fonts, scripts, maps, videos or social plugins are loaded from another domain. Every resource on a page is served from this site.
Social sharing or login buttons None.
Enquiry form submissions Not transmitted anywhere. The forms on this site are marked, on the page that carries them, as not yet connected to a receiving service. Until that changes, submitting one sends nothing.
Email sent to the sales address Received at sales@skweit.cn. It is the manufacturer's mailbox — a company address rather than a personal inbox. Nothing is automated: there is no auto-reply, no mailing list and no CRM attached to it.
Calls and messages to the sales line Answered on +86 180 2176 0467, which also carries WhatsApp. The website itself records nothing from a call or a message; what you give in the conversation is handled as an email would be — by a person, with no auto-reply and no CRM attached.
You do not have to take this on trust

These are properties of the page source, so they can be checked rather than believed. Open the browser's developer tools on any page: the network panel shows requests to this domain only and no requests to any other, and the application or storage panel shows no cookies written. The one thing that can look like a script — a <script type="application/ld+json"> block in the page head — is structured data describing the page to search engines. It is data, not executable code, and it does nothing in your browser.

Stated plainly

The two points this notice does not yet put a figure on

A privacy notice with a number in every box is easy to write and often wrong. Two figures here are not settled, so they are named instead of estimated.

Server access logs

The server that delivers these pages records requests — that is a property of serving a page on the public internet, not a choice this site makes. Which fields are recorded and how long they are kept are set by the hosting configuration. No retention period is stated here because none has been fixed yet. When it is fixed it will be published on this page.

How long a closed enquiry is kept

This applies to an enquiry sent by email today, and to the form once it is connected. The form will collect the fields listed in the next section and nothing else. How long a closed enquiry is retained is being decided as part of that setup. Until it is stated here, read this page as silent on the point rather than as permitting indefinite retention.

The rule this page follows

A figure without a source is not published on this site. That applies to privacy as much as to performance data. Where a period has not been fixed, the honest form of the sentence is the one without the period in it.

When the forms go live

What the enquiry forms will collect, and why

This section describes what will apply once the forms are connected. It is here now so that the position is stated before the form is live rather than after. An enquiry that arrives by email is already covered by the same rules: it is used to answer the enquiry, it is shared with the manufacturer only to the extent needed to answer it, and nothing is sent to you afterwards.

Enquiry form fields and purpose
FieldWhy it is asked
Type of enquirerDecides which documentation is relevant — a distributor, an OEM buyer and a householder need different answers.
Model of interestRoutes the enquiry to the right specification before anyone replies.
Work email addressThe reply channel. It is not added to a mailing list, because no mailing list exists.
Free-text messageWhatever you choose to describe — line details, destination market, drawings.
  • Purpose. To answer the enquiry. Nothing else.
  • Sharing. With the manufacturer, to the extent needed to answer a technical or commercial question. Not sold, rented or exchanged with anyone.
  • Marketing. None will be sent, because nothing on this site subscribes you to anything.
  • Transfer. Enquiries are handled by the operator and the manufacturer, both in the People's Republic of China. If you are writing from another jurisdiction, that is where your message will be read.
  • What is not asked. No payment details, no date of birth, no government identifier, no photograph. Nothing in that category is collected anywhere on this site.
Your position

Requests about your own information

If you have sent an enquiry, you can ask what was received, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. A request is answered by a person, and it is not routed through an automated process.

Where to send a request

Requests under this notice can be sent to sales@skweit.cn, the manufacturer's mailbox, or to the company sales line on +86 180 2176 0467, both published in the footer of every page on this site, or through the contact page. These are company contacts rather than personal ones: no individual staff address and no named personal contact is published anywhere on this site, and the reasoning for that is set out on the contact page. A request is answered by a person, and nothing about it is automated.

Children

This site sells equipment to businesses and to households buying for their own installation. It is not directed at children, no account can be created, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under the age at which they can enter a contract in their own jurisdiction.

Changes to this notice

The notice changes when the site does. The two gaps named above will be filled in as they are fixed, and a material change will be reflected in the publication date below. The site keeps no record of visitors, so a change cannot be notified to you individually — this page is the notice.

Request a quote, or ask about this notice

Product enquiries and requests under this notice go to the same place. Send either through the contact page — that page also sets out which company contacts are published on this site, and why no personal one is.

  • Product enquiries: models ZXSJ-UVC-1GPM and ZXSJ-UVC-3GPM, samples, OEM supply, documentation requests
  • Requests under this notice: access to, correction of, or deletion of anything you have sent us
  • Operator: Zishen International Trade (Xuzhou) Co.,Ltd. | Manufacturer and trademark owner: Suzhou Purple Core Instant Purification Technology Co.,Ltd.

Contact & enquiries

Handled by a person, not an automated form response.

  • Product questions — specifying a unit, samples, documentation that can travel with the goods.
  • Privacy requests — what was received, correction, or deletion.
  • Corrections to this site — a broken address, or a figure that has moved.

Scope and document control

4 sources
  1. Statements about cookies, analytics, third-party embeds and client-side scripts on this page describe the site as built and are verifiable from the page source — no such script or external resource is present.
  2. Entity roles: the operating and selling entity is Zishen International Trade (Xuzhou) Co.,Ltd.; the manufacturer, CE certificate holder, EPA establishment registration holder and SKWEIT® trademark owner is Suzhou Purple Core Instant Purification Technology Co.,Ltd. The trademark is used on this site under licence.
  3. Deliberately absent: a server log retention period and a closed-enquiry retention period. Neither has been fixed, and no figure is asserted for either.
  4. The enquiry forms are not connected to a receiving service. This is stated on every page that carries a form, and is the reason no enquiry data is collected at present.
