How enquiries are handled
Response
Within one business day for most enquiries. Where a question needs the manufacturer's technical documentation team — a water report, a documentation request or an OEM specification — it is routed there before a reply is sent, which may take longer.
Language
Correspondence in English, and in Chinese where that is the buyer's preference. This site is published in English only; where a translated datasheet is needed for a market, that is requested rather than assumed.
What you will not get
A performance figure, a dose value or a lifetime claim that the manufacturer does not hold evidence for. If an enquiry needs one, the reply will say so and discuss the qualification programme rather than supply a number — see the datasheets.
Send the line: what it serves, the peak draw that can occur simultaneously, the tubing size already installed, whether there is a storage tank and where, what is filtering upstream, and the destination market. That is the set that decides the model, and it is the set a reply has to have.

How do I request a quotation?
Send the line detail and the destination market through the form on this page, noting the model or that you are unsure. A quotation includes the model that fits, the documentation that can travel with the goods, net weight and carton data, and lead time — the last three are issued per order rather than published.
Can I get certificate copies before ordering?
Yes. Original copies of the CE conformity certificate
(DPCW/01068/06/KA/26) and the EPA establishment registration details
(105777-CHN-1) are available to buyers on request, along with the instruction
manual and the product parameter table. They are not published for download on this site.
Who do I contact about spares?
Send the model number carried on the nameplate — ZXSJ-UVC-1GPM or
ZXSJ-UVC-3GPM — and the installation date. See

Is there a distributor in my market?
Distribution is organised by market, and the position for a specific territory is answered on enquiry. Where there is an authorised distributor, the certificates remain with the manufacturer — the distributor is not the certificate holder, and the holder named on any certificate presented is the company to verify.
Can I visit the factory or see the production process?
Photographs of the production process are published on the about page. Arrangements for a visit or an audit are discussed on enquiry, against a specific project.
