UVC-LED water disinfection modules for RO and under-sink systems
Compact 1–3 GPM modules for water purifiers and OEM systems — a mercury-free UV-C stage spliced into a line that is already treating water, after the storage tank and before the faucet. It acts on water that has already been filtered, so it is a post-treatment component and not a stand-alone water purifier: it removes nothing, and it has to sit after the stages that do the removing.
This unit is an in-line UV post-treatment component for RO and under-sink systems. It is not a stand-alone water purifier, and it removes nothing dissolved — filtration happens upstream of it.
Three things that decide whether a module fits
Mercury-free UVC-LED
A solid-state UV-C light source rather than a mercury lamp.
Compact integration
Built for water purifiers and OEM systems — sized to go on the line inside the appliance rather than beside it.
1–3 GPM flow options
Two rated flows, so the module is chosen to the draw of the line it protects.
Two models, chosen by the draw
ZXSJ-UVC-1GPM
1 GPM (4 LPM) · 1/4-inch quick-connect fittings
Compact point-of-use disinfection for a single under-sink drinking-water line — one domestic RO system feeding one faucet.

ZXSJ-UVC-3GPM
3 GPM (11.4 LPM) · 3/8-inch quick-connect fittings
Higher-flow disinfection for a line serving more than one outlet, or for a system built around a larger draw.
View the 3 GPM modelThe figure to size to is the peak draw of the line being protected — not the system's rated output and not the mains flow. Where more than one faucet can run at once, the figure to use is the one that can occur simultaneously. Sizing is worked through on the under-sink UV page; different angles, the three indicator states and the full specification table are on the product pages.
How UVC-LED water disinfection works
- Water enters the chamber on the treated-water line.
- The UVC-LED lamp irradiates the water as it passes.
- Treated water leaves the module toward the point of use.
The light source stays outside the water path. An ultraviolet stage leaves no residual in the water, so it acts at the moment of use and protects nothing downstream of the chamber — which is why the position on the line is part of the specification and not a layout preference. The technology overview sets out the four variables that decide whether the stage works at all.
Under-sink integration example
A compact 1 GPM module goes onto the permeate line of an under-sink RO system — after the filtration stages and the storage tank, immediately before the kitchen faucet. Everything upstream of the module is a condition that can be corrected; everything downstream of it would undo the barrier it creates.

Fitting the module between the membrane and the storage tank puts the barrier upstream of the tank. Fitting it before the pre-filter treats water outside the module's published limits. Both install cleanly and both leave the tap no different.
Designed for water-system integration
An in-line module is specified by the line it protects rather than by the building it sits in. The applications below are the ones the series is supplied for; the specification question is always the same three figures — flow, connection size and the space available on the line.

Certifications and technical documents
Certificates and test reports are available for reference. What is held, which models each document covers, and what is deliberately not claimed is set out in full on the certifications page, with the reference numbers as they appear on the certificates themselves.
View certifications Request technical documents
No microbiological performance rating, no log-reduction claim, no dose value and no contaminant-reduction certification is held or asserted on this site. Where a page would need a number the manufacturer has not published, the page says so instead of supplying one.
Both documents are model-anchored rather than brand-anchored: they are held for the two model designations above, which is what a buyer's compliance file has to match.
Three questions that come up first
What flow rates are available?
Two, at present: 1 GPM (4 LPM) and 3 GPM (11.4 LPM). Both are in-line units for a treated-water line, and the configuration of each is set out on its product page.
Can the module be integrated into an existing system?
Yes. Send the flow rate, the connection size and the space available around the line, and the suitable model can be confirmed from those three.
How can I request technical documents?
Through the contact page, with the model and the application. The series datasheets are also published on this site.
The full FAQ covers feed-water limits, servicing, what a dose figure does and does not mean, and what the certifications do not cover.
Find the right UVC-LED module for your system
Send the flow rate, the connection size and the application. From those three the suitable configuration can usually be identified in one exchange.

- Product role, rated flows, connection sizes, feed-water limits and servicing requirements: SKWEIT® UV Water Sterilizer instruction manual, revision 01.03, and the accompanying product parameter table (models ZXSJ-UVC-1GPM and ZXSJ-UVC-3GPM). Cited for: the accurate product description, the rated flows, the fittings, and the statement that the unit is a post-treatment component for pre-filtered water.
- Placement rule — the stage belonging immediately before the point of use, after any storage tank: attributed to the manufacturer's installation documentation and to the behaviour of stored, unchlorinated water in contact with wetted surfaces. Cited for: the statement that a barrier placed upstream of a storage tank cannot protect the water after it.
- Certification status: CE conformity certificate DPCW/01068/06/KA/26 (INTERCERT Global), certificate holder Suzhou Purple Core Instant Purification Technology Co.,Ltd.; EPA Establishment registration No. 105777-CHN-1, a facility registration and not a product certification; SKWEIT® United States trademark registration 8,213,072, International Class 11. No contaminant reduction or microbiological performance certification is held or claimed, and no performance figure — no inactivation rate, log reduction or dose value — is asserted on this page.
- Lamp life, where it appears on this site: manufacturer design rating of 15,000 hours at not less than 60 per cent of initial output, per the supplier reliability documentation. Cited as a design rating — not a validated service-life claim. The service interval and the reason it is not derived from that figure are set out on the replacement schedule page.
- Manufacturing capability — four assembly lines, 430 m² of workshop and storage space, and 3,000 units per month available to this product line: the manufacturer's own figures, September 2026. Cited as the scale of the operation behind the product. They are not third-party audited, and they are not a statement of product performance or a commitment of volume to any order.
