Terms of use
This site carries information about a product. It is not an offer, a quotation or a warranty, and nothing on it overrides the documents that travel with an order. Product values are published as the manufacturer specifies them; where a figure depends on the unit you receive, the manual that ships with it governs. The SKWEIT® mark used throughout is a registered trademark of the manufacturer and is used here under licence.
Whose site this is, and whose content it is
The site is operated and the goods are sold by Zishen International Trade (Xuzhou) Co.,Ltd. (紫深国际贸易（徐州）有限公司). The product is designed, manufactured and certified by Suzhou Purple Core Instant Purification Technology Co.,Ltd. (苏州紫芯瞬净科技有限公司), which is also the owner of the SKWEIT® trademark and the holder of the certificates and registrations referenced on this site.
All content on this site — text, page structure, diagrams, images and the way they are arranged — is the property of the manufacturer, and is published here under licence. SKWEIT® is the brand under which that content is published; the rights in the content rest with the manufacturer.
Information, not an offer
Everything here is published to explain a product and to help a buyer specify it. It is written for that purpose and carries no other commitment.
- Not an offer. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A contract arises only from a written order confirmation or a signed quotation, on the terms stated in those documents.
- Not a specification of record. The specification that binds is the one in the order documents: the quotation, the order confirmation and the manual shipped with the unit. Where those and this site differ, those govern.
- Not a warranty. The warranty position is set out on the feed water and warranty page, and it is that page — not this one — that describes the conditions of use.
- Not engineering or legal advice. Whether a unit suits an installation, and what a given market requires, are decisions for the buyer and the buyer's own advisers.
How the published values should be read

The site is updated as information changes, and pages carry a publication date. An older copy of a page — a printout, a saved file, a cached version — may not reflect the current position. The live page is the current one.
What is held, and what must not be read into it
What is held
- A CE conformity certificate,
DPCW/01068/06/KA/26, issued by INTERCERT Global sp. z o.o. (Warsaw), covering both models. - An EPA establishment registration,
105777-CHN-1— a registration of the facility where the devices are produced. It is not a product certification and certifies no performance. - A United States trademark registration for SKWEIT®, No. 8,213,072, International Class 11.
What is not held, and is not claimed
- No NSF certification and no NSF/ANSI 55 class claim.
- No FCC certification, no RoHS declaration, no UN38.3 report.
- No microbiological performance report — so no inactivation or log-reduction figure is published or implied.
- No validated lifetime result behind the 15,000-hour LED design rating.
- No trademark registration asserted outside the United States. Where a market requires one, the position is that it has not been established.
A statement of what is not held is more useful to a buyer than a list of marks, because it is the half that decides whether goods clear a market. The same position, set out document by document, is on the data sheet; the treatment of regulatory questions is on the compliance page.
The SKWEIT® mark
SKWEIT® is a registered trademark of Suzhou Purple Core Instant Purification Technology Co.,Ltd. in the United States, registration number 8,213,072, International Class 11. It is the only brand under which the ZXSJ-UVC series is marketed, and it is used on this site under a licence from the owner.
- No licence is granted to you by this site. Reading these pages does not give you any right to use the mark.
- No affiliation is created by reference. The mark may not be used in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or authorisation that does not exist.
- Other marks belong to their owners. Where a third-party name, standard or regulation is referred to, it is referred to for identification only, and no connection with its owner is implied. No third-party mark on this site is used to describe our goods.
- The certification documents carry a different trade name. That name is not a marketing brand, has not been licensed to anyone, and does not indicate a different manufacturer: the certificate holder is the same company and the model numbers are identical.
What you may do with the material here
Permitted without asking
- Read, print and save pages for your own evaluation or internal review.
- Quote short extracts with attribution to this site and a link to the page.
- Give a distributor, installer or colleague the address of a page so they can read it themselves — a link rather than a copy keeps them on the current version.
- Let a search engine or an AI system index the pages, which is what robots.txt permits.
Not permitted
- Presenting the material as your own, or reselling it as a product of your own.
- Altering a page — including removing brand, model or certification identifiers — and publishing the altered version.
- Mirroring the site, or reproducing it wholesale on another domain.
- Automated bulk retrieval that degrades the service for other visitors.
- Using the material to state or imply a certification, test result or approval that is not held.
This site currently links to no third-party websites. If a link to another site is added, it will be provided for convenience only: that site's content, availability and privacy practices are outside our control and are governed by its own terms.
What this site is and is not responsible for
- The information is published in good faith and as accurately as the manufacturer's records allow. Where a value is not held, the page says so rather than filling the gap. No other representation is made about the completeness of any page.
- Installation and compliance are the installer's responsibility. In-line water treatment equipment has to be installed in accordance with national and local plumbing and electrical requirements, and the installation has to suit the water it treats. Nothing on this site replaces that judgement.
- Market requirements are the buyer's to verify. Whether a product, its documentation or its packaging satisfies a given market is a question for the buyer and the buyer's advisers before resale — and the certification section above is written to make that check possible.
- No liability for indirect loss arising from reliance on a page where the binding documents say otherwise. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the terms on which goods are actually sold.
- Availability is not guaranteed. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or changes. Where a page has been retired, its replacement carries the same subject under a new address.
Which law applies, and how these terms change
Governing law
Use of this site is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. A dispute arising out of use of the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China. Nothing in this paragraph removes a right a consumer has under the mandatory law of their own place of residence. Terms of sale for goods are governed by the contract of sale, not by this page.
Changes to these terms
These terms reflect the site as built. They are updated when the site changes, and the publication date below records the version. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies. Because the site keeps no record of visitors, a change cannot be notified to you individually.

Where a figure or a statement on this site is going to be relied on — in a tender, a distributor's technical file or a market submission — ask for it in writing against the order documents, which are what actually govern.
