Our focus
The two parts that decide whether a UV system works
We started from the light source and the chamber it shines into — the two parts that determine how much UV energy actually reaches the water. Everything else in a UV system is support.
That focus is why our modules are built around a quartz tube with the LED array mounted on the outside. The electronics stay dry, the water path stays clean, and the only part that wears is a tube you can replace. It also means the driver, the LED board and the chamber are designed as one optical and thermal system, rather than assembled from parts that were never meant to fit together.
Today we supply sterilization modules, quartz-tube reactors, 10-inch filter cartridges and photoelectric flow sensors to distributors, OEM partners and water treatment integrators — with the compliance documentation each market requires, prepared as part of the product rather than after it.

How we work
Three things we do in house
Design
The LED board, the driver and the chamber are developed together, so optical output and thermal behaviour can be tuned as one system instead of corrected afterwards.
Manufacture and test
Modules are built and tested in house, which keeps tolerances and documentation traceable back to a specific production batch.
Compliance support
We prepare the certificate and test-report pack for your target market, and can supply material declarations for water-contact parts.

Most of our work is OEM and ODM: a partner needs a UV stage that fits a housing they already make, at a flow rating from a spec sheet they are trying to hit. That is the kind of brief we can answer quickly — because we control the chamber, the board and the driver.
